Once you pass the NCLEX-RN exam you will be able to work right away to start your career as an RN.

If you are looking for a challenging education, the licensed practical nursing program is a full day long program and you can complete it in about ten months. You will have to attend all the classes, do the clinicals and work experience under the direction of a licensed nurse practitioner that has been trained at Georgia Tech. The clinicals involve working alongside doctor’s and nurses in a medical setting. The greatest advantage to attending the LPN online program is that you will be able to continue working while studying at the graduate level. This will give you time to pursue additional education or find a job in nursing that is more suitable to your career goals.
